Clients can hire independent freelance professionals and use online collaboration tools to manage remote teams and projects.[2] Independent contractors create online profiles and portfolios, submit proposals for jobs, and collaborate and receive payment through the Elance website.
Just follow this steps below:
Step 1: Go www.elance.com
Step 2. Then Click on the Register option .
Step 3: Select "I want to work" if you become freelancer and click continue
Step 4: Then fill up your form and click Register
Step 5: Then go your valid mail and verify it
Step 6: "The type of job" like this page will come. Just types your job item like IT programming, Admin support etc.
Step 7: Then you are directed to " Membership plan" page. If you want to become free member then select Basic profile. Or if you want to become Individual($10) then select it. A basic member will get only 15 connects proposal for applying jobs in a month to continue.
Step 8: Now verify your phone number from option.
N.B: Must be verify your mail & phone number.
